Requirements to Peer
Peers must have an up-to-date entry on PeeringDB;
Peers must have at least one publicly routable IPv4 prefix and ASN;
Peers must announce consistent routes across all peering sessions;
Peers must operate a 24/7 network operations centre, with an appropriate escalation path to a competent person;
Peers must share at least one point of presence with us; and
Peers should adhere to internet best practices and MANRS specifications.
