We believe open peering policies improves the Internet as a whole. AS25912 NullNet will, in general, peer with any network, on a settlement free basis, that meets the requirements listed below.To request peering, please contact us at [email protected].
Requirements to Peer
Peers must have an up-to-date entry on PeeringDB;
Peers must have at least one publicly routable IPv4 prefix and ASN;
Peers must announce consistent routes across all peering sessions;
Peers must operate a 24/7 network operations centre, with an appropriate escalation path to a competent person;
Peers must share at least one point of presence with us; and
Peers should adhere to internet best practices and MANRS specifications.

When working with us in accordance to this policy, you can expect us to:
Respond to your report promptly, and work with you to understand and validate your report;
Provide a skilled, knowledgable, and competent point of contact;
Strive to keep you informed about the progress of a vulnerability as it is processed;
Work to remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a timely manner, within our operational constraints;
Extend Safe Harbor for your vulnerability research that is related to this policy; and
Reward you for high-quality reports of serious vulnerabilities.
Our ExpectationsIn participating in our vulnerability disclosure program in good faith, we ask that you:
Report any vulnerability you’ve discovered promptly;
Avoid violating the privacy of others, disrupting our systems, or destroying data;
Use only the Official Channels to discuss vulnerability information with us;
Provide us at least 120 days from the initial report to resolve the issue before you disclose it publicly;
Perform testing only on in-scope systems, and respect systems and activities which are out-of-scope;
Limit the amount of data you access to the minimum required for effectively demonstrating a Proof of Concept;
Cease testing and submit a report immediately if you encounter any user data during testing;
Do not engage in social engineering or testing against physical facilities without our written approval in advance;
Do not engage in denial-of-service attacks without our written approval in advance;
Only interact with test accounts you own or with explicit permission from the account holder; and
Do not engage in extortion.
Official Channels
Please report security issues to [email protected], providing all relevant information. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to triage and fix the issue. Please provide us with your IP address used during testing so we may locate the pertinent logs more expediently.We ask that emails sent to us concerning security be encrypted.If you have reason to believe the vulnerability is actively being exploited, please call the Network Operations Centre immediately.
Safe Harbour
If you make a good faith effort to comply with this policy during your security research, we will consider your research to be authorized, we will work with you to understand and resolve the issue quickly, and we will not recommend or pursue legal action related to your research. Should legal action be initiated by a third party against you for activities that were conducted in accordance with this policy, we will make this authorization known.
If at any time you have concerns or are uncertain whether your security research is consistent with this policy, please submit a report through one of our Official Channels before going any further.
